Terms & Conditions
By placing an order on this site, the buyer agrees fully to the compliance of the terms and conditions set by AutoCentrix Inc. AutoCentrix Inc. reserves the right to take any legal action against the buyer if the terms and conditions are violated.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Electronic Email Transfer “EMT”. All payments made by credit card will be emailed an invoice/receipt. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All Canadian residents must pay Ontario sales tax on all sales and services. Any products purchased from us must be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. We will send your item to the confirmed address only, no exceptions.
General Processing Information
AutoCentrix Inc. has seven business days to complete transactions after receiving payment. AutoCentrix Inc. reserves the right to take up to seven business days to process incoming orders. Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT–5:00) will be processed on the next business day. Regular processing time for an order is 24–48 hours after AutoCentrix Inc. receives a full compliance payment.
For shipments that are fulfilled or processed from our U.S. facilities, processing time may extend up to 30 days depending on customs clearance, tariff-related delays, carrier backlogs, or fulfillment volume. This extended timeline applies only to orders routed through U.S. processing centers.
Upon payment being received by the seller, all sales are final. No refund or exchange will be issued unless otherwise authorized by AutoCentrix Inc. For defective items, replacement or repair, please refer to our Limited Warranty Coverage and Return Policy sections.
Shipping Policy
Buyers should confirm the shipping origin with AutoCentrix Inc. if they have any questions or concerns regarding shipment. The seller’s liability ends once the courier service takes custody of the item. Once the package is dropped off or handed over to the courier, AutoCentrix Inc. is no longer responsible for loss, damage or delays. Shipments do not include insurance unless the buyer requests it. Insurance quotes are available upon request.
Import Duties, Tariffs and Customs Fees
Orders fulfilled from the United States may be subject to additional import duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or customs clearance charges. These fees are controlled by customs agencies and carriers, not AutoCentrix Inc., and can vary based on changing tariff structures and product categories. We do not add any markup or surcharge to these fees. They are passed through at cost so customers receive the best possible pricing. Buyers are responsible for all customs-related charges, and any delays caused by customs processing are outside our control. We encourage customers to review their local import regulations before placing an order.
Product Compatibility / Specification / Color Choices
AutoCentrix Inc. does not have an obligation to provide an English manual to the buyer, although we try to include one whenever possible.
Products advertised may not be intended for your country or region. Product configuration and accessories may not be compatible in your location. AutoCentrix Inc. is not responsible for compatibility issues. Language version, firmware version and color are shipped randomly unless the buyer requests otherwise before checkout and follows up by email after payment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure AutoCentrix Inc. receives their email. Once the item is shipped, no exchange will be granted for language, firmware or color preferences.
Limited Warranty Coverage Policy
All products and services for sale carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty with the original receipt from AutoCentrix Inc. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not AutoCentrix Inc., and may include geographic limitations. The manufacturer will determine which country or location the product must be sent to for servicing, which may be outside Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom. International buyers must cover any additional shipping costs.
AutoCentrix-branded items do not carry a warranty. AutoCentrix Inc. reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or repair should be issued. Intermittent issues are not covered; the defect must be consistent and reproducible. AutoCentrix Inc. will determine whether the issue qualifies as a permanent defect.
AutoCentrix Inc. also reserves the right to approve or deny any DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) replacement or warranty repair. If a replacement or repair is denied, the buyer must pursue their own repair options at their own expense. Typical turnaround time for repairs is 5–16 business days after receiving the item, though this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Return Policy
All returns require approval from AutoCentrix Inc. No refunds will be issued for installed items. Returns without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will not be processed. Shipping and handling expenses for returns without an RMA are the buyer’s responsibility. Legal action may be taken if the buyer refuses responsibility for these charges.
Once the defective item is received, the seller will test the product. The defect must be reproducible; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. All return shipments from AutoCentrix Inc. will be sent via ground shipping or an equivalent method.
Returned items must be received within seven business days of the RMA issue date. Returns must include the RMA number, buyer’s full name, shipping address, contact number, reason for return and all original accessories/manuals. Items must be securely packed. Missing or damaged parts will void the return. Any unidentified return older than 14 days may be disposed of without notice, and no replacement will be issued.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Replacement shipments from AutoCentrix Inc. will be sent via ground shipping or the equivalent.
Seller’s Liability
AutoCentrix Inc. is not liable for any personal or physical injury, damages or loss caused by products sold. For safe handling and operation of the product, please refer to the product manual or contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer recalls must be handled through the manufacturer. AutoCentrix Inc. does not provide technical support on sold products. Please contact the manufacturer or your service provider directly for product or technical assistance.
